Seven Minute Exercise Suggested By Dr. Jayant M Patel
This is a 7-minute exercise program. You can do 12 exercises in 7 minutes deployment only body weight, a chair, and wall. It is the high-intensity exercise that may have many of the health benefit or prolonged endurance training such as running or cycling. Just do it!
